• Admission Procedure

       The registration forms are issued in the month of January onwards. The registration forms must be submitted on time along with two photographs and proof for date of birth.


      All the candidates should pass through entrance test and interviews. The selected candidates will be admitted on the particular date given to them.

At Dolphin public school, we introduce different subjects at a pace deemed suitable by the average class IQ. Our teachers are very mindful of the slow learners as well as the fast ones. We satisfy the thirst of fast learners with extra help in form of different clubs/activities.

We provide career counseling and guidance to students from standard 7th onwards. Our 'Career Aptitude Test' helps students in deciding which career to pick from a wide variety of options. We provide learning environment, finally it is up to the students to take the full advantage of the faculties, library, laboratories and computers. IT Awareness Program

With the rapidly rising importance of IT in our daily lives, we are planning to conduct an IT Awareness Program for our students to help them understand the importance and reach of Internet and recent IT technologies and trends.

Parent Teacher Interaction

Along with the teaching community, education is a combined endeavour of parents and society. The Institution has succeeded in developing an active organization of the parents. The school organises PTM on a regular basis.

It is compulsory for parents to attend the PTM. They can meet teachers and know the progress of their wards. If needed, they can even discuss the individual problem of their children and put forward their valuable suggestions.

Academics

Education at our school is a combination of participation and interaction, which makes learning meaningful and enjoyable. Home assignments are not a carry over of class work but oriented towards enhancing individual talents.

This includes suggested books for reading, sports and physical development, general knowledge, civic responsibilities, talent cultivation etc.

Committee Against Sexual Harassment

With regard to the Supreme Court Judgment and guidelines issued in 1997 to provide for the effective enforcement of the basic human right of gender equality and guarantee against sexual harassment and abuse, our school has constituted a Committee Against Sexual Harassment since 2001.

It has further advised the School to be proactive by developing a conducive atmosphere on the campus, where the status of woman is respected and they are treated without any discrimination.
